‘The Bachelor’s Maria Georgas Has An IMDb Page, And Her Sole Movie Credit Is Iconic

Another day, another fascinating Bachelor Season 28 revelation.

Our newest nugget of knowledge? Joey Graziadei’s gal Maria Georgas appeared in the 2005 action comedy The Pacifier alongside Vin Diesel as a child. Yes, really! She’s a star!

You likely remember the 29-year-old executive assistant from Kleinburg, Ontario as the woman who let Joey know she didn’t approve of his favorite movie, Remember the Titans, on Night 1. Following the premiere, Georgas posted an apology to Instagram Stories, explaining, “I didn’t know Denzel Washington was in it, and I love Denzel Washington… When I found out he was in the movie I already automatically knew the movie was going to be fantastic. I have since watched it and it’s great. I’m so sorry about that, guys.”

While the 2000s film may not have been on her radar, she’s definitely familiar with the 2005 movie The Pacifier. How do we know? Well, according to IMDb, Georgas played “Firefly #1” in the film. The page features several stills featuring young Georgas, including the one below. If you look closely, you might even recognize the Firefly standing second to the right as The Bachelor Season 28 contestant. Awww!

For those who don’t know, The Pacifier — directed by Adam Shankman — follows Navy SEAL Lt. Shane Wolfe (Diesel) on a very important assignment to protect a house full of five kids. In addition to Diesel, the movie stars Brittany Snow, Max Thieriot, Brad Garrett, Lauren Graham, and more. So Georgas’ role in the film, no matter how small, is quite the flex.

In fact, it’s wild to me that Georgas chose to share the following three fun facts instead of taking an opportunity to brag about her Pacifier Past:

• Maria loves a good disposable camera photo shoot.
• Maria dreams of eating sushi in Japan.
• Maria is obsessed with horror movies.

How did she land the role? Why did she stop acting? What’s Vin Diesel like on set? We have so many questions!
