Kieran Culkin sure knows how to make a memorable acceptance speech, right?
At last week’s Golden Globes, the Succession star delivered a Roman Roy-esque acceptance speech when he won Best Performance in a Drama. Somehow, Culkin topped himself after taking home the coveted Outstanding Lead Actor award at the Emmys.
After a slight jacket snafu, the man who portrayed Roman Roy with unparalleled gusto provided another unforgettable acceptance speech at the 2024 Emmy Awards. Culkin thanked his Succession co-stars, creator Jesse Armstrong, his manager, his mom, and more in an emotional address before turning his attention to his wife, Jazz Charton.
“And of course my beautiful wife, Jazz. Thank you for sharing your life with me and giving me two amazing kids,” Kieran said before adding this hilarious coda: “And Jazz… I want more. You said, you said maybe if I win. I love you so much!”

The whole speech was a tight 90-seconds (shout-out to Anthony Anderson’s mom!), so, thankfully, Kieran and Jazz will have plenty of time to attend myriad afterparties. Or, you know, perhaps get the ball rolling on extending the family.
