Manifest Season 4, Part 2 is finally here, and so much has changed since the mid-season finale aired back in November 2022. For starters, passengers of Flight 828 are locked up and the Death Date is only nine months away. But the characters’ personal relationships have shifted as well, including a development between Jared (J.R. Ramirez) and Drea (Ellen Tamaki) that will have you saying woah, baby!

It seems like just yesterday the two colleagues were happily hooking up with Michaela’s (Melissa Roxburgh) blessing, but in Season 4, Episode 11 — which picks up eight months after Episode 10 — we learn things between Jared and Drea have cooled off. In her words, “working together and sleeping together…it’s too co-dependent. No strings attached.” The friends seem to be on good terms until an awkward exchange in Episode 15 leaves viewers wondering if Drea is…pregnant!

At the top of the episode, Jared receives a text from Drea that reads, “U around? Need to talk.” After Drea meets up with Jared and Michaela later that day and sees their chemistry together, Jared asks her what she wanted to tell him and she awkwardly says she doesn’t remember what the text was about. She was even wearing her sweatshirt tied around her waist! OK, girl.

Wondering what Drea wanted to talk to Jared about? If Drea is pregnant? And if so, if Jared is the father? We’ve got the scoop below, but be warned that major Manifest Season 4, Part 2 spoilers lie ahead.

Is Drea Pregnant On Manifest?

There’s a good chance you’ll forget all about Drea’s text to Jared and awkward conversation dodging in Season 4, Episode 16. But in Episode 17, which leaps forward eight months to May 2, 2024 (aka one month before the Death Date) it’ll all come flooding back to you. Why? Because it opens with Drea and her mom walking down the sidewalk holding a bunch of shopping bags. We learn that Drea quit being a cop, bought the entire building next to the 828 detention center, and oh yeah — SHE’S PREGNANT!

Turns out, Drea doesn’t want to raise her baby in a decrepit old building. She bought it because the building shares a wall with the detention center and she plans to “Shawshank” herself through to rescue the passengers. After a Calling leads Cal and Jared to Drea’s aid later in the episode, Jared sees her stomach and asks, “Am I the father?!” Before she can answer, they’re interrupted.

Is Jared The Father Of Drea’s Baby?

As the chaos dies down towards the end of Episode 15, Jared and Drea get a moment alone together and Drea reveals that Jared is biologically the father of her baby, but says whether or not he “wants to be an actual parent is a whole other story.”

Jared tells Drea that being a parent is all he’s ever wanted, and though he still loves Michaela, she sees how excited he is about being a dad and having a family of his own. Mich fully supports Jared and Drea co-parenting, and Drea assures her their relationships with Jared never overlapped. But with each passing episode, it’s clear the idea that Jared might still be with the mother of his child if not for her weighs on Michaela. So who does Jared end up with?

Do Drea And Jared End Up Together? Or Are Jared And Michaela Endgame?

Brace yourselves, Jared and Michaela diehards. The two love each other until the very end, but on Death Day Eve, Michaela tells Jared he never asked her why she got on the later flight after he proposed to her all those years ago. “It was to stall,” she said. “Deep down I knew you proposed because you wanted to help me get over the Evie drama…I think you and I know we envisioned different futures for each other. Everything you need is one tent over.” After an emotional parting, Jared goes to be with Drea and his baby. But that’s not to say Mich doesn’t get a happy ending of her own… You’ll have to tune in and see what surprises the Manifest series finale has in store for one of our favorite Stone girls.
