Netflix‘s Love Is Blind Season 4 reunion is…..LATE.

That’s right Love Is Blind fans. If you’re one of many subscribers who logged onto Netflix Sunday, April 16 at 8 p.m. ET — the exact time Netflix assured us the live reunion special would begin — there’s a good chance you saw an error message instead of hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey.

The Season 4 reunion marks Netflix’s first live reunion special (and second live broadcast in history, following Chris Rock’s comedy special in March), so it’s no surprise that the site crashed ahead of the big event. For some people, the site wouldn’t load at all, while others received an error message that read, “We’re having trouble playing this title right now.”

UPDATE (9:27PM): Looks like it’s FINALLY working for some people, but not all. Good luck out there, people! Netflix tweeted, “To everyone who stayed up late, woke up early, gave up their Sunday afternoon… we are incredibly sorry that the Love is Blind Live Reunion did not turn out as we had planned. We’re filming it now and we’ll have it on Netflix as soon as humanly possible. Again, thank you and sorry.”

Even Queer Eye‘s Karamo Brown said “this error message is sending me! I’m ready for this reunion.”

For those wondering, the reunion is still happening. Netflix just announced it’s delayed 15 minutes…at least!

Netflix also tweeted a photo of Season 4 villain Irina Solomonova along with a promise that the live reunion would be worth the wait. Fans will be the judge of that, Netflix.

Stay tuned for additional updates.
