Drew Barrymore just gave the best response to her Music and Lyrics costar Hugh Grant calling her singing voice “just horrendous” in a recent interview. Sixteen years after the movie’s release, the actress serenaded Grant — who’s already gone viral twice in the last week for his scrotum joke at the Oscars as well as his awkward red carpet interview with Ashley Graham.

The Drew Barrymore Show host took to her Instagram on Thursday (March 16), where she shared a short video of herself singing a part of their duet, “Way Back Into Love,” from the 2007 rom-com.

At the end of the clip — which she captioned, “#SingForHughGrant JOIN ME,” — Barrymore addressed Grant directly, saying, “Oh, Hugh. Bert. Hubert. That’s for you.”

In case you missed it, Grant recently spoke to Wire alongside his Dungeons & Dragons costars  Chris Pine and Michelle Rodriguez. When the trio was tasked with answering “the web’s most-searched questions” about themselves, Grant was asked to reveal whether or not he actually sang in Music and Lyrics.

While he admitted to being “auto-tuned a bit,” the actor joked that it wasn’t “as much as some.”

“Drew Barrymore was in that film with me and I don’t think she’d mind me saying her singing is just horrendous,” he said, before later adding, “I’ve heard dogs bark better than she sings.”

However, Grant noted that “once they tuned her up,” Barrymore “sounded way better than me because she’s got heart and voice and rock ‘n’ roll whereas I sounded like Julie Andrews and I’m meant to be rock ‘n’ roll.”

Music and Lyrics follows Alex Fletcher (Grant) — a washed-up superstar who has a chance at a major comeback after he’s asked to write a song for a famous pop star. However, when he has a hard time coming up with lyrics, he enlists the plant lady Sophie (Barrymore) to help him complete the song.

I say we get Grant on The Drew Barrymore Show for a reunion — and maybe a little karaoke?
