What Is ‘Taco Chronicles’? Everything You Need to Know About Netflix’s New Foodie Series

Netflix’s library of culinary content is always expanding with new releases. If you can think of a food, there’s an episode or series devoted to it. Now it’s finally the tacos turn as a new docu-series from Netflix Latin America shines a spotlight on the universally adored dish. Taco Chronicles is your new obsession, and you might wanna have your fave taco spot ready to deliver once you start bingeing.

What is Taco Chronicles on Netflix about?

If you’re craving tacos and/or a culinary history lesson, then this docu-series is for you. Taco Chronicles focuses on quite possibly the greatest dish of all and the people and families that have developed and celebrated it over generations. Similar to other Netflix food docs like Street Food and Chef’s Table, Taco Chronicles is a beautifully shot look at the love and work that goes into creating these delicious meals, following preparation from ranches to restaurants. The series focuses on all different kinds of tacos, too, including pastor, carnitas, canasta, asada, barbacoa and guisados.
