The series premiere of The Hills: New Beginnings wasn’t exactly filled with surprises — unless you count Brody Jenner voluntarily sleeping in his truck — but there was one cameo that fans probably weren’t expecting. About halfway through the episode, viewers are introduced to new cast member Brandon Lee… as well as his mom, Pamela Anderson. The Baywatch star’s surprise cameo is by far the best part of the episode, particularly because we get a chance to see her sage her 23-year-old son’s undercarriage. Anderson also sages the rest of Brandon’s home, but his crotch is probably most in need of a refresh, if we’re being honest.
After reuniting with our old Hills pals, including Audrina, Heidi and Spencer, Whitney, and Stephanie, fans meet Brandon Lee, a “friend” of Brody’s. Brandon reveals that he is the son of Anderson and Motley Crue’s Tommy Lee, which, after looking at him, is not at all surprising. Almost immediately, Anderson pops by (from France, where she moved “when Trump got elected”) to see Brandon’s new house, and she immediately begins shitting on everything in his pantry. “What?!” she asks when faced with a cabinet full of peanut butter, Lucky Charms, and PopTarts. “We’ve got to have snacks in here, Mom!” replies Brandon. “People eat. You don’t eat.”
After a brief introduction to Brandon’s family drama — “Me and my dad have had our ups and downs, for sure,” he says — Anderson gives him some real-world advice about paying his mortgage. Really not what we’d expect from the Baywatch star, but it’s good advice. “Like I said, you’re on your own,” she warns him. Anderson then proceeds to sage Brandon’s entire house, as well as his body. “Oh my gosh, the fire alarm’s going to go off,” he says, clearly embarrassed by his mother.
Unfortunately, that was all we saw of Anderson in The Hills premiere, but the brief cameo was more than enough for viewers. As soon as the show cut to commercial, Twitter filled up with comments from fans hoping to see more of the model and actress this season.
Here’s hoping that Pamela Anderson is about to start some serious shit on The Hills: New Beginnings. Lord knows that would be better than another round of the Spencer and Heidi show.
